NATIONALLY AWARDED COMPETITION TEAMS
TCS offers different levels of competitive dance. We offer a Mini STRUT competition team for dancers ages 5-6 who are ready to compete and are currently in at least a 1.5 hour long class. They perform one competition dance at the first and last competition and then the parents will vote to decide if they attend the second competition, majority will rule and the whole group will either compete or not. TCS also offers a competitive production number. This is a great way to begin competing with the comfort of a large group on stage with you. This group will compete at two possibly three competitions and is open to all TCS dancers pre level and up. Finally TCS offers the STRUT competition team. These dancers are in the production number, a large group routine and have the option to audition for small group competition dances. This group is open to dancers level 1 and up and dancers should have had at least one year of competition at another level. This group competes at 3 competitions and attends 1 workshop each year with the option of a second. All dancers involved in one of these programs will be assigned a big or little sister to support, cheer for and help throughout the year.
